Lack of physical activity-start off simple and if you need to schedule your workout
Poor quality sleep- We need 7-8 hours of sleep, avoid stimulants afternoon, try and go to bed and wake up at the same time every day.
Decrease carb consumption-be aware of what carbs you are taking in. Avoid simple carbs such as sodas, cakes, sugary and processed foods. Complex carbs are the best, such as sweet potatoes, brown rice, whole grains, and oats.
Stay Hydrated- The first sign of dehydration is feeling tired. Try and get at least half of your body weight in ounces of water a day.
