My Favorite Quick Lunch

Make a healthy and tasty lunch in a snap!  In this video, Kari will show you how!

 

Ingredients:

Base or Layer 1- quinoa

Middle or Layer 2- roasted veggies, raw veggies, whatever veggies you have laying around

Topper or Layer 3-   a yummy dressing,  Lemon Tahini dressing is a favorite!

Directions:

Start with your quinoa, then layer with veggies and lastly drizzle some dressing over the top. Make a wholesome meal in minutes!
