Pumpkin Spice Latte

In the past, I loved to get a tasty fall drink when I was out and about. But soon realized that they were not worth the way I felt afterward! I now love making these at home with simple ingredients and much less sugar!


½ cup almond or coconut milk

½ cup coffee (can sub all milk for caffeine free version)

1 tbs maple syrup

¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice (you can sub 1 drop of cinnamon + 1 drop of ginger essential oil)

2 tbs pumpkin puree (optional- adds thickness and taste)


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend till frothy. Enjoy Warm!
